Sometimes you have to ask yourself: are they “sweaty” or are they just more experienced?

Discussion

TL;DR at the front: it’s a game, try to be nice, and know that losing doesn’t make you a bad person.

Just a reminder for some of us (and I said US, not you, I remind myself too), not everyone that beats you is “sweaty”

You will lose chases

You will have kills stolen away

You will lose loops

You will end up hookless

These things HAPPEN and there is a difference between a bully squad / “sweaty” people and people just more experienced than you

You have a choice a lot of times on how to approach a loss, and that how matters.

If THEY were being mean, even if they escape they are still freaking losers. Screw them, they don’t matter in the long run and you just have to laugh at how pathetic it is to be intentionally mean and rude in this game.

But if they aren’t, and you just lost, they aren’t sweaty, they are playing the game and YOUR rules don’t matter when that’s the case.

You can think it’s unfair, that’s fine. You are allowed to have that thought.

But calling someone slurs, telling them to KYS, that’s messed up. And it’s disturbing that’s what you want to go for immediately. And in the nicest way possible, seek professional help.

It’s a game. Turn it off when you stop having fun.
