Do I Have to Include Foreign Div/Int Income in My Taxes?

Unsolved

Im self-filing fed & state(1st time) online through TaxFreeUSA, and im stuck!

Income is solely stock dividend/interest income managed through Morgan Stanley the last few years. I reviewed my 2024 H&R Block return, and compared it to my 2024 1099 consolidated. There appears no foreign div/int forms or amounts listed anywhere on my actual return, even though my 1099 specifies them. This makes me think i dont have to specify them, but other sources say i should.

2024 1099: $1557 in foreign divs(all qualified), $0 foreign interest, $119 in foreign taxes, and $42 in fees and expenses(charges).

2025: Foreign divs & taxes only go up $110 & $20 respectively(no other change). If it matters, the total of my divs are qualified and came to $31,825. Total int: $31. Morgan Stanley sold 2 ancient stocks for $62 for some reason(already added to return), but nothing else was. I generally pay no fed tax, and my state return is $300ish.

Must i specify this foreign div/int anywhere, or can i just file the normal div/int sheets & 2 stock sales, and call it a day? There's carryover capital loss each year, and idk if i include that somewhere too?
