I'd appreciate some suggestions. I understand that it's likely a matter of personal preference, and that is noted.

I'm just entering Chapter 3, at around 90 hours played. I spent the first +80 hours exploring and leveling gear. I tried to equip the Wind Slash Abyss Gear on Darkbringer, after having gotten Sword of the Lord from defeating Hornsplitter. For whatever reason, neither Ator's Orb nor Wind Slash worked when both Abyss gears were equipped on Darkbringer. Removing Wind Slash allowed Ator's Orb to resume functioning without issue. I liked using Darkbringer since I could get the passive bonuses from defensive gears equipped on shields on my back when wielding a two-handed sword. I don't get those when using two one-handed swords.

The alternative idea is to remove Ator's Orb from Darkbringer and Wind Slash from Sword of the Lord and equip those on each of two one-handed swords. Granted, I could leave Wind Slash on Sword of the Lord since it's one-handed. This option would give me both abilities, but I'd lose the defensive bonuses from a shield on my back, since those bonuses aren't applied when using two one-handed swords rather than one two-handed sword.

Any input would be appreciated. If anyone understands why Ator's Orb and Wind Slash don't work at the same time on Darkbringer, that would be nice to understand, even if it can't be resolved.
