Are they going bankrupt????

I have ordered roughly $5000 from them over the last 4 years. But my last order only totaling $159 they canceled and won’t respond to refund. I paid zelle. Added the information back into their order number. 2 days later says canceled so I do a new ticket to try to get my product. No response. I tried 3 times to put tickets in and they won’t go through. So then I go to old orders of my products and add to the touchdown pictures that they scammed me and won’t respond d to me for refund. By the 3rd submitted picture. My account was signed out. I tried signing in and I can’t log in now. Wierd. Gonna lose a good customer over $150 or are they going under.
