App stack that actually works for a small business

Tried way too many tools when starting out, most just added complexity. This is the small stack I’d actually keep if I had to start again:

1. ChatGPT / Claude
For writing emails, proposals, customer replies, quick research. Basically your thinking and drafting assistant.

2. Vomo
For meetings, client calls, and random voice notes. Saves a ton of time on follow-ups and keeps things organized without effort.

3. Canva
Design without hiring someone. Social posts, flyers, simple ads, even quick presentations.

4. Stripe
Payments. Clean, reliable, easy to set up for most small businesses.

5. Notion or Google Docs
For basic docs and internal stuff. Don’t overbuild, just keep things findable.

6. Calendly
Booking calls without the back-and-forth emails.

7. Loom
Quick async videos instead of meetings. Great for clients or team updates.
