Hey everyone, I built [Finch](http://usefinch.app) because every time I reviewed someone's resume I found myself wanting to just say what I was thinking instead of writing it all out in comments.

With Finch you upload a resume, then circle sections, highlight text, and record voice or video notes pinned directly to the parts you're talking about. The person you share it with can see your markups and play back your recordings right on the document. Way faster than typing out paragraph after paragraph of feedback.

  Some things it does:

\- Voice and video notes pinned to specific sections of the resume

\- Drawing tools (circle, highlight, strikethrough, underline, comments)

\- Share annotated resumes via link with view or edit permissions

\- Real time collaboration with presence indicators

\- Multiple resume versions so you can track revisions

\- Chat assistant for help with rewrites and suggestions

Built with Next.js, Firebase, and hosted on Firebase App Hosting. Free to use right now with 3 reviews. Would love to hear what you think. Especially interested in feedback from anyone who reviews resumes regularly, whether you're a career coach, mentor, or just helping a friend out.

I built a voice-first resume review tool because I was tired of using multiple medium to give feedback
