College recs for math with a minor in data science / AI

Looking for colleges that have a good math program, but I don't want to get solely into the academia side. Combined math-centric courses with data science / ai preferably but also economics works. Currently looking into snu noida and plaksha uni. I have also been recommended nmims but I'm not sure if their math program is good. Would really appreciate college recs as well as feedback on these aforementioned colleges.
