Jim has an undisclosed connection to a person of interest within the case–the daughter, Nicola. He’s repeatedly denied any involvement with her but the CCTV tells another story. You can watch it on U.

There’s a clear romantic relationship here and Bergerac has lied about it, multiple times. His disregard for protocol isn’t charming, it’s a liability. We can’t excuse this behaviour just because it’s Bergerac.

Bergerac’s lied to you. They spent 30 minutes together - we have the footage. He was seen leaving her hotel room.
When he’s not lying about his relationship with a key person of interest, he’s harassing senior police officials. Jim Bergerac has no discipline and his lone wolf act will end up getting someone killed.

This is nothing to do with my DCI interview, Jim Bergerac is putting this entire murder case in jeopardy and no one, yourself included, seems to be concerned about his behaviour which is becoming increasing erratic and out of control.
He was almost picked up for being drunk and disorderly in St Helier over the weekend. He was threatening bar staff but disappeared with someone who looked remarkably similar to Nicola. Again.
