Need advice please

I have been with the same PM clinic for over 12 years now. last summer my long time Dr. was mysteriously no longer with the practice (he was co-owner also) almost all of his staff were also no longer with the office as of August last year. thankfully the NP I have been seeing for almost 6 years was still there (she worked under my PM Dr.) I had an appt last week, and I'm scheduled for my f/u appt June 25th. Just this morning, I received a call saying that my NP is now no longer with the practice. I'm really worried now, because everyone there is new. I keep hearing all these horror stories about people loosing their docs, then loosing their medication. Has anyone else gone through this recently, and how did it go? Were you feeling worried? Were you able to stay on your same treatment plan with the new doctor? I will add that supposedly no one knows if my old Doc (the one who left in Aug. last year) is even practicing anymore, or what exactly happened. I feel really uncertain and upset. I just need advice.
