Any idea how to remove manic panic teal dye?

I want to go blonde, but on some parts of my hair I have teal highlights (manic panic atomic turqoise) but Im wondering which color remover would be the best and wont leave that mint/green shade, and I heard that teal is one of the worst colors to get out… any recommendations available in europe and not that expensive? And not damaging, those hair are already a little fried :,)
