Any possibility of a $500/month lease?

Beem thinking of making the switch to an EV and had my eye on the Ioniq 5 ever since they announced it a few years ago. Been quoted something like $800/month just the base model and was wondering if there are better options out there. Maybe I'm not looking at the right places.
