American Pillar Cultivar anyone ?Need fast growth and deer resistance variety - Detroit

I’ve had it with the neighbors on both sides of my yard cutting through to each other’s properties. They brush it off saying “kids are kids” and claim they can’t control them, then go and put a playset right on the property line, which just encourages more traffic. They even stand there talking to each other across my yard. I feel like the cheese in a sandwich.

Since arborvitae’s grow Les than a foot a year and we have some sporadic deere traffic would American Pillar be the solution?

Note I’m budget conscious so I can’t afford a 6-8ft tall tree hence the idea of a fast grower variety.
