How much it’s needed a PhD in the industry?

Hey all I’m from Europe finishing my BBA-Economics degree and I loved my health economics classes but it’s very intro level.

My plan it’s either go to medical school (I like more clinical) or alternative is doing a Master in Health Economics or Market Access. I prefer Market Access over Health Economics since HE it’s way more quantitative (my weakness). It’s needed a PHD for Market Access entry roles or a Master is more than enough? My interest are Health tech / Med tech companies (startups) or more traditional pharma companies.
