vsu or swu for vetmed

I’m in a dilemma if I should pursue vsu or swu.

I passed the vsu entrance test, but I’m still second guessing if I should choose it over swu. I’m originally from cebu and I’ve never been to the province (city lng talaga huhu). So, taking vsu would be a really HUGE step from me. esp from the dorm life and being really far from home. I know vsu has an amazing vetmed program and hands-on talaga, which is why I wanted to in the first place.

But swu is also in my mind because I know I’ll be closer to home here and in the city siya so I know everything is accessible. However, I’ve heard na mas better talaga ang program ng vsu than swu. And also I read na small animal practice ang swu, and i’m planning on pursuing vet med to go wildlife or farm animals..

I don’t know if I’m only saying na ayaw ko sa vsu because im scared na very far away from home ako… But like i feel like dorm and social life is very important to if I would stay sa vsu but, I’m very concerned sa dorm situation there or how far the school is from the city.

I’m sorry talaga if I sound ignorant but I truly never been to leyte so I’m not very familiar. Please advice huhu, kahit harsh, as long as I’ll be able to decide
