Getting into sales (or any other suggestions 🥲) with entrepreneur experience?

Needing a life change so bad and was told to look into medical sales.

I’m 23, I’ve owned my own esthetics business since I was 19. I feel like that is great sales experience on its own as I worked all positions: sales, ceo, marketing, scheduling, bookkeeping, practitioner, etc. I brought in over $30k in sales for my business in one month from one TikTok video! Before that, only work experience is waitressing. The money and time ownership is irreplaceable but the wear and tear on my body is getting impossible to maintain with exercise. I’m in school to be an RN, but honestly not so passionate about nursing. No partner or kids, I have cats but willing to move. I currently make about $40k/year which is fine, but not enough for my family goals. Any advice or leads?
