Legion 7 Gen 6 (16ACHG6/R9000K) 2021 saved from the plague
Late last year I've been facing clock time delayed then having hard time powering up/shutting down or rebooting so I replaced the CMOS BIOS battery with energizer one and DIYED it using the old wire and pin from the original by putting shrink wraps and electrical tape and transferred the SSD to where was the CMOS battery placed so it gets pinned better. I also clean my rams and reseated it, cleaned and repasted with arctic mx6.
After testing it when device gets hot make sure to cool down first before shutting down or restarting because its one of the culprit having hard time to shutdown or rebooting.
Before I fixed this issue my go to trick to make my device work again is by unplugging the charger and other things that is in my ports then pressing power button for a full minute at least then wait at least 5-10 minutes so it will boot up again.
I already stress tested using OCCT 2x for 1hr each and so far no crash or what. I hope this works for you guys!
