Disabled adult child has to rely on my parents unfortunately

Hello Yes I'm 36 years old and I live on my parents' property in my own house but I'm disabled and on SSI so I have to rely on them for support and they are extremely emotionally abusive and it drives me insane they don't respect my boundaries at all never have no matter what I say they try to gaslight and manipulate they use every single manipulation technique that you could possibly do. They refuse to accept a responsibility for their actions or words or anything they say the most hateful hurtful stuff you could ever possibly say to somebody and then turn around and play the victim and try to tell everyone that I just have mental health problems when I'm actually physically disabled and I mean legitimately physically disabled long list of surgeries and diagnoses.

It's so hard because if I didn't have to rely on them for financial support I'd tell them to kick rocks and never talk to them again they sit there while doing their Sudoku puzzles and yelling at me about how I just need to manage my SSI which is only a thousand bucks a month not enough to live on especially when I have to pay for all my own stuff to help me survive food gas car insurance phone bill you name it all my bills everything is expensive every time something breaks I got to replace it myself you get the idea. They endlessly want to lecture me about budgeting as if I can just you know make $12,000 a year go farther magically. They try to tell me my health problems are not that bad and I just and mental and yeah it's awful and I just I don't know what to do I researched it a lot I try to stand by my boundaries they just always move the goal post change the topic try to question my you know perceptions of reality and gas light try to make me feel like I'm just not appreciative enough to deserve their amazing help that's so great and they're just so great people in their mind.

In my opinion great people don't treat their disabled kids the way they treat me and then not feel bad about it. It's just infuriating latest sit there on their high horse quiet peasant you don't need those medical things you need work harder. My dad literally tells me there's all kinds of jobs that can do and then I ask him the name one and he can't. Surprisingly they're not trumpers even though they act a lot like a lot of the trumpers I know
