I just started a company from a sole trader. What the heck do I do

Business

Got a firm to do the paperwork but honestly I’m terrified.

“You’re a director now!” The accountant said with a grin.

?!

I’ve been a sole trader for a decade, just doing small gigs on the side. Then, I cracked a marketing crm and people are flowing in. My first full time hires start next week but…

I have no idea what the heck I’m doing and even if I’m doing it right.

Feels like the ship is on fire, so much to do and get done. But good reviews still keep coming in on the Google Reviews, so???

I’m constantly terrified that cashflow will dip below wages and expenses. The numbers are always floating in my head like a ghost.

Is anyone else scared shitless?
