In 12 months tenancy but landlord now selling, what are our rights?

Based in northern ireland.

We are in a 12 months tenancy due to end in Feb 2027. Just had notice landlord intends to sell property, we have been informed we will be served with a 2 months notice. Are we liable to have to vacate before tenancy ends with notice for selling or are we safe to stay till at least Feb 2027? I know we can't be evicted via standard non fault before this date but unsure about if property sold. Thanks in advance.
