Where could I sell Google Play Gift Cards?

I can receive some gift cards in dollars next month, but I'm not American and Google doesn't accept gift cards outside the region (apparently not even if I change the country. If anyone can tell me if this is true, I'd appreciate it). So I thought about selling them. Where could I sell them? Where would people buy them? Which bank I should use?
