Becoming a ghoul for the first time,appreciate any help

Hi,I’ve just finished the quest line to become a ghoul and there’s so many new things including the weird green bar where my health bar was,another above my food/drink bar.. how does this ghoul thing work?

I’d appreciate any help or things I should know
