This is a really stupid question

So I had an argument with my friend about how anything could be a weapon if enough forces is behind it. so theoretically if you had a wet spaghetti noodle thrown at you with enough force and faster than the speed of light could it do damage to the human body. I'm sorry for this question I don't know if this is the right place but I'm not very smart and I'm hoping the smart people can answer for me.
