Giving up on reservation

Hey folks,I am a jee 27 aspirant in allen kota.Ever since I was young,I had decided not to take reservation as I genuinely feel that I don't need it.My dad is a GM in psu and my mom is a doctor.I am in sammunat star batch and I had been a studious child .I think that reservation helped my parents who were very poor and faced casteism in early parts of their life to succeed in their lives.But I haven't faced casteism in my entire life. I think that there must be some reforms on sc and st reservations that are not just income specific but more than that like If parents are government employees,income, reservation for only 1 generation etc.I genuinely beleive that people like me don't need reservation but the really deserving people in villages or tier 3 cities should get them.But the problem is that they are not getting it and majority of the reservation goes to undeserving candidates.Whats ur views guys
