Dominos complain help

Had a bad experience with Domino’s on last Sunday few items for missing from my order few were undercooked and there was no stuffing as I ordered veg parcel only dough was there, and for pizza, I ordered two one was undercooked and other was very cold

Can anyone let me know where can I complain about it? I had mailed on Domino’s customer care ID, but no response in reply. I just got you Will let you know 48 hours, but no reply came. is there any other way so I can reach any other head of Domino’s or get refund? reply would be appreciated.
