No matter how many times I orgasm, I have this sensation that won’t go away until I orgasm again

For context, I (F21) have been taking Venlaflaxin for about 2 months. It’s completely screwed up my libido, which I expected but it’s weird because while I don’t necessarily feel anything down there, I still want to get off.

Anyway, last night I really wanted to reach an orgasm and it took me a while to get there but I did. However, the orgasm was really lackluster and it felt like it left off on a cliffhanger, it just wasn’t satisfying. But I did reach climax so I thought I could relax… but I keep feeling this uncomfortable sensation down there like I have to keep doing it to feel satisfied but it’s never satisfied. I’ve already came about 5 times tonight which the most I’ve ever done in one night and the sensation still won’t go away. It literally feels like an itch I can’t scratch and I try to ignore it but I just can’t. What do I do to make this go away? Is it normal? Is it worth mentioning to my doctor because I don’t want to embarrass myself.
