Nippon Sengo might is something for kingdom fans

After watching 3 episodes of it, It feels like it will hit some similar beats like kingdom.

We have a post apocalyptic setting but traditional late Sengoku warfare.
Looking on how much focus and deeper explanation they gave for the "Agricultural Reform" it also looks like we will get very detailed depictions of tactics.
The character are bigger than life and very over the top. But their are no super powers.
It seems like we are going to have big scale battles but also inner intrigues and power struggles.
Overall I also think that many of the characters motivation feel similar like the once from Shin and El Sei.

I have big hopes for it at this point. Because the start seriously was that good.
