Question about schengen visa validity and usage

Hi I had a quick question about using my schengen visa.

I currently have a 1-year validity schengen visa issued by France from the Bangalore consulate that I plan to use within the next couple of months. But, in a few months after that I plan on moving out of India to a different country (not in Europe). Am I still allowed to use this schengen visa to travel to Europe for tourism and back to my new country of residence for the duration of this 1-year validity even if the visa was issued in India?
