Studying with Crohns

Hi there! I’m new to this community as i’ve only just started using reddit again. I’ve been diagnosed with Crohns for around 7 years now, and i’m currently only about 20 days away from my first a level exam.

I’m currently experiencing what i believe to be a flare up, meaning i’m missing a lot of college and i’ve been struggling to study due to fatigue and constant toilet breaks. All my teachers and family are saying just to rest up, but i’m extremely worried because my exams are so close now and I feel as if I have hardly done any revision. (And adding to this, the worry is making my symptoms worse!)

I was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to study whilst in a flare or on just how to manage this, as i’m feeling like i’m letting a lot of people down, including my Mum and my teachers. thanks :)

oh and side note, I take a level psychology and 2 coursework subjects, so I only have 3 exams left for Psych but the content is immense!
