[bedrock] i need help with minecraft bedrock

so when i load up minecraft the minecraft icon at the bottom goes up and down like off screen and coming back on screen and the grey bar at the top flashes white for a split second while the task bar icon goes up and does and my screen also flashes completely white task bar and everything for literally a split second both things happen only when i load up minecraft and i dong own java only bedrock edition i havent installed anything besides a few global mods that ive had for a year and this just started happening a month ago so ive been just putting up with being flashbanged everytime i loadup minecraft and it literally only happens when im not moving at all standing completely still and it stops when i move and maybe a week ago my screen flashed white and back to normal super fast basically blinding me for the 5 seconds it flashed white back to normal and back to white i dont wanna factory reset my pc and ive tried everything i can think of i wasnt sure on where to post this i figured id post here because it only happens with minecraft and sorry for the grammar ik its terrible
