Romance anime where the author does a bait and switch

I don't know if this is a specific trope or not but I really like it when writers give the MC a false love interest to trick the audience into thinking that the MC will end up with them but the MC develops a relationship with someone else instead. A example is Naruto. Where Kishimoto makes it look like Naruto is going to end up with Sakura and makes her the main heroine but tricks the readers and reveals Hinata as the true endgame girl. Another example is not from a anime, cause I barely see any anime doing this. Anyway it's this show called dragon prince where the MC has a crush on a certain girl at the start and the writers make it look like he's gonna end up with her by making them go on a date and almost kiss but then they develop a slow burn romance with another character, who is revealed to be the true main love interest.

Are there any romance anime like this?
