Aliexpress scammed me once again

They accepted my claim of a damaged product and offered a partial refund. I declined. But they then "accepted" the refund. But refunded only a part anyways. Appeals getting cloded.

They don't comply to local laws. They just scam. I hope one day they get banned in europe entierly for their scams.
