Disney Dining plan & Cinderellas Royal Table & Hoop Dee Doo

I'm going to WDW in June and have booked both Cinderellas Royal Table and Hoop Dee Doo, and we're on the dining plan. Now I've seen some places say that for these two specifically a tip is included in the 2 dining credits they cost, but other places say the opposite so I'm a bit confused.

So I'm wondering if anyone has any recent experience, and knows if tip is included in the dining plan credits for these two restaurants or not.
