VIRTUAL PAG-IBIG

I would like to create Virtual Pag-IBIG account po using my generated Pag-IBIG MID NO.. It was generated year 2024 po along with my Registration Tracking No. and I already paid 200 pesos in one of their branch but it seems that I cannot create my Virtual Pag-IBIG using the MID No. I have. What seems to be the problem in my case po? Thank you sa makakasagot.
