How do people deal with burnout?

How do people deal with burnout? I’m struggling so bad. I feel like i’m busting my ass and constantly working, but what takes me “10 steps” to do something takes someone else “2 steps”. I feel like im just not good enough. Like, genuinely i feel like i am one of those people who just isnt good enough about anything. Like you know how in the movies people excel when theyre given a chance to finally do their dream and it works out? This feels like i’m one who just didnt have the “it” factor. Like i’m not one of the lucky ones who just has success. I get told all the time by coworkers to “do better” “push more services” “do bigger services” “work more hours” etc when i’m already stretched thin.

This isnt a pity post or something where i’m trying to find compliments im genuinely just trying to find out what im doing wrong. I feel like i work so fucking hard, and get half the reward others get for less work and effort. I’m in the service industry so it’s less based on salary and working at a desk. It’s based off numbers and how many sales im doing and what services im adding on or whatever. I dont know im just so tired every day is a fight to show up at 100% for every single person who is paying for my services. Im so tired i wish i was one of those people who was so fucking stupid but makes great money at a salary job. Like you dont even know how they’ve been working so long at a job bc theyre so incompetent but they make SO much. Idk, I’m emailing my therapist as well but i feel like this would also help get some outside perspective.
