Forex brokers offshore - are they really worth considering?

I've been doing some digging into forex brokers offshore and honestly, it's a bit overwhelming with all the choices out there. Each one seems to promise the best spreads or lowest commissions but how do you really know which one is legit, ya know? I'm kinda new to trading and already feeling like I might drown in info. Is there anyone here who's found an offshore broker they're happy with? It's hard to sift through all the noise, especially when every broker claims to be the "best".
