Missing withdrawal

Created a withdrawal 12 hours ago and it moved from pending to transactions tab meaning it has cleared around 8.30am - usually get it instantly in my bank via debit card or Apple Pay worst case 3/4 hours.

However I have still not received the withdrawal. Anyone had this issue before this time i used Apple Pay.
