Is it worth the gamble on Tate or do I take offer?

Was offered olave and an early 2027 2nd for the 1.02. I really like Tate’s landing spot but I know Olave is a dawg. I already have one of the best rosters on my league. Receivers are Chase, Puka, DJ Moore, Jayden Reed. Bench guys are Malik Washington, AD Mitchell, Horton, Jayden Higgins
