First Time Taking Shrooms Help

Hi,

Tonight i'm going to take my first edible shrooms. I got them from a seller and just had general questions:

1. Can I eat the mushroom straight up (raw) or is there some method I have to do?

2. For my first time wanting a trip, how many grams should I consume?

3. What activities do you guys do? I.e. Journaling, watching tv, reading. I want it to be an enjoyable experience. Particularly interested in having a religious trip or spiritual experience, any advice?
