SMS authentication not working for cod!

I have been playing for years but tried to load cod up tonight and it came up with a sms authentication required.

I added my number but I never received a code.

I tried on a web browser via my Activision account and set up 2FA via google which worked. SMS still does not work and I do not get sent a code. I tried again by loading the game up and it didn’t send me a code and then said I need to try again in 24 hours.

My phone is ok as battle net just sent me a code.

I have no idea what I’m supposed to do now or how this even gets resolved. Any ideas? I was playing Wednesday fine.
