Board Appeal remand to ACE process

Appealed to the board and had remand ACE for multiple issues. The ACE was completed and the DBQs are in my file now per FOIA. My question is the process now-does it go to a rater first and then back to the judge or judge first to decide and then to a rater? any info on this last part of a 6 year journey is helpful. favorable ACEs btw. Thanks. also any timeline guess for completion would help.
