Final Interview Waiting for Decision

I had an in person final interview with Deloitte at their Chicago office two and a half weeks ago. This interview came after a few rounds of interviews I had completed the week prior. I received pretty quick follow-ups during the initial interviews saying I had moved on to the next rounds. It’s been about 18 days and I have not heard from the recruiting manager.

My question: is it common to not hear back from Deloitte for over 2 weeks after a final interview? The radio silence for this long is making me feel pretty pessimistic about getting the job. I don’t really think following up with the recruiting manger will make much of a difference. Appreciate any insight.

Some additional context: I received a random call from HR just last week asking for some additional personal information to my candidate profile. Really not sure if this should make me feel any better/worse about my odds of getting the job.
