Cooldown manager

I feel like I’m going insane. All of a sudden my cooldown bar is missing my 2 main spells at the start. I can’t enable them because it’s greyd out. They appear fine in my other talent specs. I even deleted the spec and remade it but same result. I’m probably doing something stupid but just can’t figure it out.
