Anyone order from Pom 4/22?

I was an existing patient at Pom Health and submitted my $75 fee on 4/22 for 6 months of BPI. I was charged $75 but haven’t received an invoice to order meds.

E-mailed customer service with no response. From what I’m seeing here, the medication I wanted may not even be available. Just looking to see if anyone submitted around my same timeline? Sorry, I know there are many posts like this right now. Fifty410 seems to have deactivated my account for some reason (promise I haven’t complained about them!lol) , so I’m not sure how to proceed ordering elsewhere or if I should just wait it out.
