Gold backpack should be buffed and here are my ideas

The gold backpack is probably the most pointless loot item right now. +1 to big med stacks only really matters for batteries and you're usually freeing up one slot max of extra space compared to purple bag. Very lackluster for a gold level item.

Here are three ideas of mine for buffing the Gold bag to actually feel like a Gold item:

1. It comes with an in-built infinite ammo amp, so you could have infinite ammo plus another amp on you.

2. Keeps the +1 to big med stacks and gives you infinite Phoenix Kits (but cannot drop them to the ground).

3. Gold backpack gives you both of your perks when you reach the required evo level. If unequipped, you lose the extra perks.
