Lightburn to CNC pocket fill Z axis sX-move collisions
Newbie here using Lightburn with Z-Axis enabled to "fill" a closed irregular shape on my desktop CNC. On a "long move" to fill another area -- the spindle does not raise above other objects in the cut -- making a nasty gash.
I have Z-offset set to 0.25mm and Z-step set to 0.25mm for 2 passes. It's all-good until a long-move across an object that is not being filled -- when it gashes across it.
Do I need to edit all the G0 long moves to raise the Z-Axis myself? I expect to see a "M5" and a Z axis raise for every "M3" and Z-n.nn I see yeah? I did set "Z-axis optimize as well. I dunno -- Lightburn maybe the wrong tool?
