Why is mochi the worst?!

My teen son needs semaglutide. Our local pediatric weight and wellness clinic has a 12 month waitlist (which we are on). His pediatrician is useless. So I turned to mochi because they claim to have a pediatric weight management program.

Well I accidentally signed myself up with them and they force you to pay the monthly fee up front before you fill anything out so I didn’t realize I went through the wrong process until it was too late.

Anyway, now I’ve been on hold with them for over 15 minutes trying to get them to help me transfer the account so it’s correct or even just give me a code for a free month so I can start over.

I already went round and round with them about their ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS policy. Fine. I don’t want a refund. I just don’t want to pay twice for the one thing I want from these mfers.

If I could have avoided mochi I would have. I personally use Pomegranate for myself. But I do actually want some medical oversight for my kid so that won’t work. Aaaaarrrrrrgggghh. I am so annoyed.
