OnDemand Term PTO Payout?

Our system generates the final vacation payout through on-cycle payroll, provided the term is completed within the same period as the term date. That being said, we often receive other requests for these payouts - contractually some have to be paid prior to the termination, and then there are those where the term date is a prior period and the payout doesn't process automatically. For these, we simply receive an email request from the HR rep and everything is done manually.

So my question is, does anyone know if there is a way to do a Request One Time Payment that would generate an OnDemand result? We don't use the Workday-delivered "early pay" feature, but I would imagine if such a feature existed it would be very similar.
