Help—I'm trying to try Monarch Plus / Not Working

I'm in my account and there's a widget on my home page to try it (below).

I click "try business tracking" and that takes me to the popup (below):

I click on the popup link and then I'm taken to the website "your first week is on us" and I click "Plus/Try Monarch for 7 Days."

When I click on that, it takes me to the sign up/in page.

Sign In/Up

I sign in with Google...and then I'm back in my dashboard with the same widget. It doesn't seem like anything else has changed.

It's a circle and I don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Please help, I'd like to try this service and migrate from QBO!
