24 Hour Fitness GM Interview (NJ to Bay Area) – Update by Friday?

Applied for GM role at 24 Hour Fitness in the Bay Area (I’m in NJ and ready to relocate in 1-2 weeks).

Had a strong video interview with both the District Manager and Regional Manager. We discussed KPIs, CRM, numbers, and my experience. The DM really resonated with my answers and approach. He said he’ll update me by Friday on next steps.

Anyone recently go through the 24HF GM hiring process? What usually comes after this round? How long did it take to get an offer?
