What are the rates at State Employees Credit Union for a modular home?

I have been saving and patiently waiting to get my first house I am finally ready and have decided a modular or manufactured home is more what I can afford. I have called around different places to get rates, my brother can get me in at secu so I could get there rates so I just wanted to see before I do join, thank you for any info!
